DennisFeinsteinCEO Anyone who has dealt with addiction, mental health issues, etc... This is a must see. Knoxville, GaTa, Theo, Bobby, everyone involved did a fantastic job. 🫡 Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/27/24 Full Review Audience Member Is it the best script ever? no. but it is well directed and the cast is great. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 04/27/24 Full Review Audience Member It was really nice! I loved it. I’m no expert on how to make a movie but it seemed like the editing was seamless and excellent camera work. None of the cast seemed like bad actors. It was a good feel good movie and raises awareness for addicts. They deserve to be seen as humans. It wasn't too deep or dark it was just a well made good movie to watch. And i will definitely watch it many more times. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/27/24 Full Review Lori R Great acting and a good story about getting sober-lots of laughs along the way, though a serious subject at heart. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/22/24 Full Review Audience Member A very OK movie with some likable characters. Not great by any means, but a decent story of recovery and the human spirit. Makes a good case for people helping one another. Frank Scheck Hollywood Reporter That the film proves as affecting as it does is largely due to Knoxville’s understated, terrific performance that makes his character fully sympathetic despite his many flaws. Apr 9, 2024 Full Review Aaron Neuwirth We Live Entertainment Some key monologues detail a character with issues to sort out, and Knoxville steps up to the plate to deliver. A good softball story. Rated: 7/10 Apr 18, 2024 Full Review Danielle Kessler Spectrum Culture A formulaic plot and a layer of adolescent humor can't obscure this addiction film's honest, earnest beating heart. Apr 17, 2024 Full Review Dennis Harvey 48 Hills Contrastingly becalmed—if sinister—is this blackly comedic indictment... Apr 16, 2024 Full Review Todd Jorgenson Cinemalogue Awkwardly combining an underdog sports saga with an addiction-recovery drama, this broad comedy is too formulaic and predictable to provide either consistent laughs or a deeper emotional impact. Apr 13, 2024 Full Review M.N. Miller Geek Vibes Nation You wish Sweet Dreams was more balanced in tone and goodwill. Rated: 5/10 Apr 12, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews
