Simon T This is one hell of an odd idea for a movie. Cliff Richard - as ambisexual as ever - is sent to Birmingham to conclude a financial deal, decides to live on a houseboat, falls in love with squeaky Deborah Watling, and gets plutarch Hugh Griffith and union leader George Cole to join hands as he and Deborah launch a burger. Anthony Andrews plays his business rival and chews the scenery at maximum wattage. The whole thing is very dated, and slows to a crawl whenever Cliff sings another bland song. Presumably money came from Birmingham City Council. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 08/21/22 Full Review Read all reviews
