Audience Member This is one of those movies where none of it makes any sense: A guy who owns a NYC cab, has an active cab badge, pays for cab insurance... but can't pay his rent and instead uses the cab as his personal car so he can take pictures? Then when asked to "drive" decides to take his fare into Pennsylvania instead of driving around the city? And when he agrees to take his fare to California, decides he wants to drive all night until he gets into an accident? Instead of stopping and sleeping when he already negotiated it? Wha? This is just part of dumb decisions that characters make including going to a diner to read a book and talk... because the writer doesn't know where to take the story. But the movie becomes unwatchable when more unbelievable plot points happen just so this boring movie has some conflict: like the girl who suddenly losing her purse. This is one of those low-budget independent flicks that thinks it has something to say but really doesn't. The acting is fine but the script is a mess. The direction is kind of bad-like where they're arguing about pulling off to the side of the road when the car is obviously not moving. This is not a movie worthy of your time. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/25 Full Review Schizo V This was so refreshing. The music to script to acting were all great. The best of them was the script. The chemistry between the leads was very good. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/15/24 Full Review David K I thought it was a good date night movie with very decent acting . Good story Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/15/24 Full Review Jesse H This movie glorifies the breaking of marriages and doesn't display any efforts of healing of a broken marriage. Everything wrong was based on assumptions. What a WASTE of time. The acting isnt even good. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 05/11/24 Full Review Howard F A true diamond in the rough. I was unfamiliar with the cast, decided to chance it on Prime. What a nice surprise. Poignant, fun, beautiful small story about how 2 strangers meet and take a cross country trip together. Both lead actors were just perfect, & married in real life, too. Treat yourself to this gem Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/11/24 Full Review John S COVID-19 is happening and I was looking for something, anything to watch and wow! Nice movie, loved it.
