Erik Childress eFilmCritic.com Hopefully someday we'll look at Taking Chances as just a flash of a very specific time in our nation's history and we'll be able to laugh at more than just the elements that make it a really solid comedy. Rated: 3/4 Nov 20, 2009 Full Review Read all reviews

steve d I really like this cast but the story is deeply uninteresting. The entire film is really cheap. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Watched most of this after picking up a copy for $2. Wish I had listened to the reviews! What a dull movie. Very uninteresting storyline, light on the romance. I think this is meant to be political. Big yawn. Getting redonated tomorrow! Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member The sense of humor in this film is one of a kind. It's understandable that it has low ratings, probably due to viewers with a lack of an obscure taste in humor. Justin Long portrays a hilariously remarkable American Revolution obsessed character that could not have been played better by anybody else. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member this movies is on now and it suckss!!!! Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Audience Member I diidn't quite understand the role of Emmanuelle. The whole movie was BORRRINGGG !!! Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member Was expecting a silly cutesy romantic comedy but it turned out to be a very mature indie drama... Good one!
