However the audience needs to see the talent that became the reason for "Cole's" lifestyle. Fame and money like that doesn't happen by accident. The audience needs a scene or two that displays the profound talent that made the world fall in love with him. At that point the audience would be on board romanticizing with the dark lifestyle that embodies the main character.
