Grady H Was one of the best of the year. Sharlto, the score, the cinematography all together made for nothing short of a mesmerizing experience from the first frame to the final credits. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/05/24 Full Review Rijo T Jus some nature scenes and Ted's mind voices nothing to grab on ,i jus skipped through most of the movie. It should have been a 1 hour movie if it wasn't for the shitty slow-motion and nature scenes. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 10/22/23 Full Review Jerod S The unibomber was crazy and its cool to see inside his mind and writings. But Ted K doesn't thrill us inside the crazy...it just lingers there. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 09/16/23 Full Review el Sharlto Copley is fantastic. A slow build but visually beautiful the whole way through. I loved it. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 08/21/23 Full Review Richard L A worthwhile watch which, as other reviews have pointed out, kind of refuses to settle on what it wants to achieve. The film quite explicitly shows *what* its main character was thinking, but not really *why* he was thinking it. As a result, the movie is less of a 'descent into madness' and more just a 'look into the life of a mad man,' which of course does have its own charms. The sound mix is wonderful, and makes good use of natural sounds, although the soundtrack is often overly present to the detriment of the whole. There's a surprising amount of very evocative cinematography for this kind of film, and the always wonderful Sharlto Copley (although given less to work with than you'd expect in a movie like this) does an admirable job. In the end though, there's nothing really to hook you into this story, as it doesn't attempt to further examine its subject, which is kind of a disappointment considering how much care was spent on all of the other aspects of production. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 04/01/23 Full Review Damien P What the actual fuck is wrong with people hating on this movie!? This is everything modern, American filmmaking I should be. Real cinema, rewatch ability, asking the hard questions, moral ambiguity and ass loads of style. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Joe Morgenstern Wall Street Journal A stunning performance by Sharlto Copley... finds emotional mercury in Kaczynski’s boiling cauldron of rage. Feb 18, 2022 Full Review Christy Lemire RogerEbert.com Sharlto Copleys performance remains riveting throughout. Rated: 3/4 Feb 18, 2022 Full Review Beatrice Loayza New York Times The film is a tad reductive, leaning too heavily on currently fashionable explanations for why lonely white men resort to violence. But Stone makes up for it with some magnificently eerie moments. Feb 17, 2022 Full Review Alberto Cox Délano Pajiba Ted K succeeds in giving us an honest portrayal of a psychopathic terrorist, one that is actually conscious that as an audience, we are sometimes too easily caught up in our morbid fascination and mythologizing of psychos. Jun 15, 2023 Full Review Soham Gadre Film Inquiry While the movie doesn’t take any leaps to build or excavate its central character, it does offer a procedural look at the gradual ascension of a domestic terrorist. Jan 2, 2023 Full Review Robert Roten Laramie Movie Scope Sharlto Copley gives a fine performance as Ted, particularly showing his anger and frustration. The cinematography, by Nathan Corbin and Ethan Palmer, is impressive. This film was filmed in the location where Ted used to live in Montana. Rated: C+ Dec 13, 2022 Full Review Read all reviews
