The turtles face a new challenge when Shredder escapes from custody and joins forces with Baxter Stockman, a mad scientist who plans to use a serum to take over the world. Along for the ride are Bebop and Rocksteady, two dimwitted henchmen who provide plenty of muscle. Luckily, the turtles have their own allies in April O'Neil, Vernon Fenwick and Casey Jones, a hockey-masked vigilante. Once again another slam dunk from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle franchise! This movie was awesome, and every scene was so enjoyable to watch. Krang was an awesome villain, and the visuals for the Turtles, Bebop, and Rocksteady were amazing. I definitely recommend it for action and superhero fans, and for fans of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle franchise!

I liked the first one a lot better read my review from that to understand yeah this one meh at best the fights were decent I did like how they wanted to become human but changed their minds but the turtles were done dirty the personalities seemed more like a joke sort of but they tried but it wasn't done very well the shredder was done dirty too and krang was meh as well he wasn't that good of a villain but I did like the fact the turtles were revealed to the world and recognized as heroes and casey jones was pretty good and rocksteady and Bebop were cool but not cool overall I give this movie a 5.5 out of 10 it's very meh and could've done better

Great movie! Full of action and amazing fight scenes way ahead of its time. The graffiti art of the Turtles and other characters are top-tier. I honestly don’t understand all the hate just because the story changed a little from the original doesn’t make it bad. Easily one of the best Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles remakes! 🐢🔥

I believe this film isn’t as bad as people make it out to be. Don’t get me wrong, I do believe the whole idea of the turtles being known to the public police is a very bad idea since the ninja turtles are known to be heroes in the shadows. However, I think the way this film was humorous but was also serious when it needed to be made it a good watch for me. To be honest I think this film is for some people but not for others. I do believe this film deserves a trilogy but who knows in the future we never know.

Don’t listen to all those people criticizing this film for every bit of hate that the that they found for themselves when seeing the first film or their love for the original live action films. It’s a ninja turtle movie at its best with actually a pretty decent plot and pretty good cgi mixed with better combat while also bringing nostalgia with some more villians from the original series.
