Audience Member "Terminus Paradis" contains moments of sheer power and, definitely, it is not without interest, but I felt the overall result was marred by an uneven tone. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member A great film by a great filmmaker with great actors. A unique love story, a surreal film. Mitu embarks on Hell's train called LIFE, but as the title suggests, it will not stop at Paradise station. Mitu is the product of chaos and confusion of post revolution Romania with dreams of America and a better life. The language is typical Pintiliesque drown from the low classes. The story is raw, full of tension and fascinating as most of Pintilie's films. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member i-auzi! pula mea...care esti asta mah? :)))) Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member A great film about how a normal life can be messed up from system's violence; it really is a shame it hadn't this big commercial spread; I watched it subtitled, and it is really worth!
