Funny, brilliantly animated and voice-acted and having amusing endings that take us back to the live-action world reminding us why the original film remains a beloved, groundbreaking movie in the history of animation, these Roger Rabbit shorts offer a fair trade for the lack of a proper theatrical sequel. It is surprising how lacking in material Roger Rabbit is despite how important a film it was, not even getting a Kingdom Hearts world (and before anyone objects, the characters have gone into live-action worlds and also, Super Mario Odyssey would like a word with you). At least its remained immortalised as one of the greatest, innovative films of all times.

Even though these shorts are offerred on the special edition of Who Framed Roger Rabbit, they deserve a memtion here. At a time when Disney needed a boost in the funny, Roger Rabbit delivered. These shorts should be the template on which Disney 2D animation is based. Filled with hidden jokes and referrences, each one is a gem and is filled with outstanding laughs.
