Audience Member Funny, brilliantly animated and voice-acted and having amusing endings that take us back to the live-action world reminding us why the original film remains a beloved, groundbreaking movie in the history of animation, these Roger Rabbit shorts offer a fair trade for the lack of a proper theatrical sequel. It is surprising how lacking in material Roger Rabbit is despite how important a film it was, not even getting a Kingdom Hearts world (and before anyone objects, the characters have gone into live-action worlds and also, Super Mario Odyssey would like a word with you). At least its remained immortalised as one of the greatest, innovative films of all times. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Even though these shorts are offerred on the special edition of Who Framed Roger Rabbit, they deserve a memtion here. At a time when Disney needed a boost in the funny, Roger Rabbit delivered. These shorts should be the template on which Disney 2D animation is based. Filled with hidden jokes and referrences, each one is a gem and is filled with outstanding laughs. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Audience Member Lots of fun and lots of energy. Disney trying to be Warner Bros...and coming pretty close.
