Audience Member Just a bit obsessed with Karl Urban at the moment!! This is one of his early films and the debut film from Kiwi film maker Glenn Standring. It's a bit twisted but I actually enjoyed it and it was good to see Karl acting with his own Kiwi accent! He also shows his acting ability and how he really deserved the nomination he got for 'Best Performance by an Actor in Film' at the New Zealand Film and Television Awards. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member quite corny but there are some ok scenes. nice try NZ. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Come on, Satanic cult movies are fun. This one isn't as ridiculous as others in the genre, but it has enough scary parts to be respectable enough to recommend. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member I loooove this movie so much! It's wonderfully made with a nice plot and everything. Plus Karl Urban.. ⥠Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member I originally just saw this Karl Urban, an actor I've kept track of since I was 12-years-old, and he proves his acting ability once again in this, albeit campy, supernatural horror film from New Zealand. Karl is easily and undoubtedly the best actor in the film. It's not great, but you shouldn't go in expecting it to be, althought it has a great twist and a couple of good jump moments. See it just for the joy of seeing a foreign horror movie. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member I love this movie. Unbelievably stange, low-budge and full of cheese and innaccuracy, but it's also full of shirtless, bloodied, chained, wet, smoking, scared, angry, and beautifully new zealand-ey Karl Urban, so I really can't complain. Yes, I'm that shallow. It's an entertaining movie though. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Read all reviews
