Discomfited buddies Ronnie (Cameron Dye) and Dave (Kevin Geer), 30-somethings in New York City, are fed up with their lives. Ronnie has been a bartender for most of his life, while Dave is jaded by his day job. Borrowing money from anywhere they can, the two buy a bar in Manhattan. After a fast start, business slows considerably, despite their adding live music and a trained chef. As money flows down the drain, the aspiring bar owners realize just how much they actually have to lose.
