Joe Lipsett Bloody Disgusting ...the film is totally fine. Lisa’s investigation unfurls at a reasonable clip and the dimly lit asylum halls are oppressive enough to generate decent atmosphere. Ted D I was in the mood for a good scary movie and this one did the trick. Lots of sharp, sudden camera work where the characters just come out of nowhere, nice suspense through out and good acting keeping the film away from the corny B type horror films. Another thing that I personally liked was there is no stabbing, chainsaws, etc., just leaving the actors to work and keep your attention which it did for me. So make some popcorn, get comfy, turn off the lights, and get ready to be scared. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/28/24 Full Review Audience Member Another Amityville movie . . . another one not worth watching. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Bad...bad, bad, bad, bad, bad in every way, shape and form. Words can't express how poorly made, terribly acted, and absolutely abysmal this entire film was. I try to find the positive but there just wasn't any.
