Anne Brodie What She Said Colombani pays tribute to the determination of women to overcome obstacles to keep life moving forward; it is inspiring, powerfully familiar, and elegantly made, tied by a traditional symbol of womanhood. Viktor B It is an interesting story about the struggles of different women in various cultures and life phases, and somehow it's still coherent. The best part of the movie for me was the cinematography — the images and scenery were really amazing, and you felt like you were part of the culture, not just watching it on the big screen. The story itself was not really important to me, even though it was well written and engaging, because the focus was more on the personal decisions the main characters had to make and how their families and wider communities reacted. I really enjoyed watching this film, and I think it's worth going to the cinema to let the atmosphere take over you. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 05/21/25 Full Review Adam W This movie is inspiring and very well realised. As agood as the book, movie is a true and simple success.
