Chandra S Truly terrible film with most the actors posting it in and McCutcheon not even managing that. Inauthentic and hammy, he manages to be in the cubs at 15 (!), be going out with a girl getting University offers (so should be 17/18 which she isnt), who has to pay for university (full grants for tuition and living expenses in 69/70. Why do these formulaic hammy kinds of Brit "sports based"/underdog "comedies" keep getting funding despite repeatedly bombing at the box office? Rated 1 out of 5 stars 08/22/22 Full Review Audience Member Between 2 and 2.5 stars. Most of the time, you don't see the point of the obsession of a guy which does not offer much maturity as the movie evolves. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Great British Independent movie! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member B movie with a heart. Worth the time investment for an interesting view into the lives of ordinary people centered on a hometown soccer team. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member The chillest, most good vibe movie you'll see in a while. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Great film! So funny and the soundtrack is great. Do yourself a favor and watch it now! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Guy Lodge Variety There's a sweet message at the heart of "The Bromley Boys" about finding the heroism in mediocrity, though it's one not best served by the film being entirely mediocre itself. Aug 16, 2019 Full Review Kevin Maher Times (UK) It's very light and all a bit TV, with a seemingly interminable second act. Yet the characters are so affectionately drawn and so sweetly played that you forgive the conspicuous lapses. Rated: 3/5 Jun 1, 2018 Full Review Cath Clarke Guardian The result misses the goal by 20 yards. Rated: 2/5 Jun 1, 2018 Full Review Nicolas Soto But Why Tho? A Geek Community The Bromley Boys offers a feel-good movie that acts as a love letter to Bromley FC and football in general. Jan 22, 2023 Full Review Sandie Angulo Chen Common Sense Media Light comedy about dedicated British soccer fan. Rated: 3/5 Sep 20, 2019 Full Review Lee Jutton Film Inquiry Even with these flaws, The Bromley Boys is entirely pleasant to watch; it just never rises above mere pleasantness to be truly compelling.
