SkyRo P "The Butchering" was a horror movie that I had hoped would be an entertaining watch, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The most glaring issue with the film was the subpar acting, with the actors delivering performances that failed to engage the audience. Additionally, the cinematography felt dated and out of touch, resembling an 80s style despite being made in 2014. I struggled to become invested in the film due to these shortcomings, and even though I made an effort to give it a chance, the twist involving the return of the murderer felt lackluster and uninspired. Overall, "The Butchering" is a horror movie that missed the mark, with its poor execution and unimpressive storyline earning it a spot among the forgettable and disappointing entries in the genre.
