Farah R Despite verging on incredulous, The Caller's gripping premise had me glued to my seat until the last minute. The story became more interesting with every twist, and the ending knocked it out of the park. It's not the best in terms of production quality, but it's definitely worth watching. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 12/06/24 Full Review Mica L Quite interesting concept with this one. Even though there's this horror cliché of receiving creepy calls from an unknown person or entity, this film still felt somewhat fresh. However, a lot of strange things unfolds and they are never properly explained. Although you can understand what is going on, it does not necessarily make sense. It is very likely this film will leave you with questions you won't get answered, but if you are okay with that kind of thing then you might still enjoy it. I was personally entertained enough, but will probably not watch it again. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 08/18/24 Full Review Ian W Not for the first time... a horror story with an initially interesting premise. Sadly this story got totally lost after about 20 minutes. The incomprehensible 'plot' was brushed over in a 2 minute 'let's explain the time-shifting plot' scene. It's like someone says to you, look it's really simple' and they then try to explain something that they clearly don't understand themselves. Are they 'real'? Are they ghosts? Does anyone care? The end was dumb and unbelievable, like most of the film. So it gets 3/10 for the concept. Avoid. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Mike M Dull, flat and uninsprired. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Audience Member thoroughly creepy but confusing. one has to suspend disbelief and just go with it in order to enjoy the movie. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 06/11/19 Full Review Audience Member Great movie scary and haunting with a good story. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Read all reviews
