There isn't much more here than a killer premise and a memorably creepy finale, but that is one beauty of the found-footage genre: These movies often don't need much more than that to be successful. Go to Full Review

Big D @Drazker 1d Knowing that this isn't out of the realm of possibility is pretty frightening. This movie may have been filmed as "found footage" but it felt pretty damn real considering the revealing layers of society here in 2026. This film aged like fine wine as the social ladder has only widened since the release of "The Conspiracy". Cheers to being a tadpole in an ocean littered of hidden apex predators. Well done and hats off to the creators of this movie. 4.5/5. See more Charlie A @Charlie-Chookins 1d The Conspiracy is an entertaining and unsettling watch, largely because of how realistic it feels. The film taps into ideas that genuinely exist, and a lot of what it explores aligns with views I already hold, which made it even more interesting. The movie does have some issues though. Some plot points go unanswered, and the pacing of the investigation feels inconsistent. "T-Rex" spends years digging into this secret society and other issues and barely scratches the surface, yet the two main characters manage to infiltrate a secret society it in what feels like a matter of weeks or days. That jump wasn’t very believable. Additionally, the film never explains what ultimately happened to "T-Rex" at the beginning, which felt like a missed opportunity. Maybe that's the mystery though. The ending is unsettling; blackmail? Threats? Who knows. Despite these plot holes, the sheer realism and believability carries the film. See more Vaughn R Sep 28 We watched this one a couple ov nights ago. 'The Conspiracy' Brief synopsis; Two amateur documentary film makers encounter a bizarre man named 'Terrance', whos life seems to revolve around publicly sharing his theories about thee way 'we', as humans, are controlled by a very small group ov very powerful people. They embark on a mission to document his outrageous theories and it's all quite entertaining. He certainly is charismatic. When Terrance goes missing, things get a little less amusing.. Is there some truth in his theories? Was he right all this time? Is he crazy or are we blind? Their light hearted documentary becomes quite a serious undertaking and it is much bigger than anything they were prepared to approach. But..... Too late. Really enjoyed this film. Was very well written and thee brief insight into thee elite powerful peoples world is much more realistic and easier to digest than what Kubrick does in 'Eyes Wide Shut'. Overall, this is definitely worth a look. Vaughn Roxx gives this 4 Stars. ☆☆☆☆ Sun Angel Roxx gives this 3.5 Stars ☆☆☆/ Total 7.5 Stars out ov 10. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆/ Recommended viewing. 🤙😎 See more Emilliano Jr S @emill_santos 05/01/2024 Boring found footage. The concept was somehow original but failed on execution. See more billy s 11/07/2023 Ouch that was painful. It was ok for the first half and then utter UTTER shiiiiite for the rest. A very special ops guy infiltrates the bad guys after having his pick from a huge armoury of weapons and he goes with a half loaded pistol? Then he has a sword fight with chief bad guy using long shards of glass that don't break. If you are 10 years old you might think it believable but I suggest the director and editor go back to film school. See more prawnda s 04/03/2023 decently well written, acted, and produced, but it's quite a bit less deep than some reviews might lead you to believe. it's basically just a very conventional representation of illuminati or illuminati adjacent content, and the character i enjoyed the most disappears very early on.
