Mike Massie Gone With The Twins It’s all so dull, poorly executed, and laughably stupid (the climax grows almost incomprehensibly moronic, as if intentionally mocking itself), only intermittently resembling an actual film. Rated: 1/10 Mar 31, 2023 Full Review Daniel Barnes Dare Daniel A film that tries too hard while making no effort whatsoever, The Crow: Wicked Prayer concerns an ex-con tragically caught between wealthy Christian fundamentalist Aztec casino owners and Satanist miners. No, seriously, it does. Rated: 1/5 Apr 21, 2022 Full Review Gena Radcliffe The Spool In a series that plays fast and loose with logic Wicked Prayer is the most incoherent of all. Feb 18, 2021 Full Review Felix Vasquez Jr. Cinema Crazed Just a third remake of Brandon [Lee's] film, and it fails in repeating what made the first film so fantastic. Apr 29, 2009 Full Review Walter Chaw Film Freak Central Everybody's favourite non-Robin Williams sad clown. Rated: 0.5/4 Aug 19, 2005 Full Review John J. Puccio Movie Metropolis Appealing to the lowest possible tastes, it elevates violence to new levels of pander. Rated: 2/10 Jul 24, 2005 Full Review Read all reviews

Tim M Coming across more as a mortal sin, The Crow: Wicked Prayer and its laughable moments mean this series ought not be resurrected again. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/10/24 Full Review r96 s So ridiculous that it's kinda watchable. 'The Crow: Wicked Prayer' is not a good movie. However, it commits so hard to what it wants to do that I was kinda locked on to just see where it would go next. It particularly goes off the rails towards the conclusion, especially with David Boreanaz's Luc. There are many, many issues with this 2005 release, but I honestly didn't hate viewing it. I think what helps (relatively speaking) is that there are quite a few familiar faces on the cast, which definitely keeps you watching - or it does for me, at least. You have the aforementioned Boreanaz, as well as Tara Reid, Danny Trejo and Dennis Hopper. Emmanuelle Chriqui is in there too. The main face that I didn't know of was actually Edward Furlong, who plays the titular character. Furlong's performance isn't, like the film in general, anything worth praising. Again though, he proper goes for it so his onscreen presence never annoyed me. Nothing about this really irritated me to be honest, it's just plainly obvious from pretty much the get-go that the flick isn't anything all that good so I guess my expectations were low. I'd rather rewatch this than 'The Crow: City of Angels', so that's something. Eager to now see how this year's reboot does things. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 09/05/24 Full Review Tyler B Wicked Prayer? More like Wicked Crap! Sounded like the Angry Video Game Nerd there but I gave this more effort than the writers did at making something worthwhile for this worthless ashcan sequel. Edward Furlong in an interview claimed he did this as a tribute to Brandon Lee.. more like an insult if you ask me. I bet O'Barr felt the same as well. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/01/24 Full Review Jason V I'm only giving this a half-star because you can't give it zero stars. This is what you get in this movie: 1. a strung-out Edward Furlong who is long past his prime (if he ever had one) as an actor. 2. David Boreanaz, playing Angelus from Buffy. 3. Dennis Hopper doing a patently offensive take on a hispanic hip-hop cult leader (he even refers to Satan as, "The O.G." - are you KIDDING ME??) 4. Tara Reid...okay, she might be the only bright spot in the flick. She's always fun to watch. Once again, the story at its core isn't bad, but it's confused, it doesn't know where it's going, what kind of film it wants to be, and it's just a mess from start to finish. A horrible way to end the Crow series...until the 2024 remake, anyway, which doesn't promise to make things much better. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 04/04/24 Full Review shayne c When I heard Eddie Furlong was gonna be in a crow film I jumped at the chance to see it. I guess You need a true appreciation for cult film to enjoy it. I gave it 3 and a half stars because it really wasn't what you would expect but they step it up with all star casting. Furlongs Crow was not great but not horrible like it's made to seem. The only one to me who really did great acting in the film to me was David Boreanaz and Tara Reid. The rest of the cast may as well have been reading for a stage play. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/16/24 Full Review Audience Member It has very little memorable moments.
