Which is the plot written in the IMDb, but that story, the story it's supposed to be until the last 10 minutes! Reading the synopsis you expect a "Hangover" knockoff. I mentioned that doesn't get started for awhile. It's literally not until the last 10 minutes before ending credits. The bulk of the movie is watching these two and others just try to be funny but FAIL horribly. I don't know what the budget is but I'm guessing I'm sure it was DON'T BOTHER small.
