THE DEBT COLLECTOR is a Thai gang action/revenge flick that takes its cues from western productions, but with a screenplay/script that doesn't translate realistically to American/Great Britain expectations. It's no monumental production or screenplay and it's fairly predictable, but I sure do enjoy watching intestines with arms and legs getting a very seriously well deserved enema that ends with their teeth getting knocked out of their faces and their faces getting knocked out of the end of their digestive tracts. And, it's exactly that. The hero, Num, beats the hell out of regiments of bad guys all at once and dodges bullets faster than Superman! Also included is the most shockingly realistic scene of a man on fire that I've ever seen in 80 years. And, to be fair, I've seen American and other western flicks with screenplays MUCH more lacking than this Thai effort.

This movie was so much fun to watch! It is the perfect blend of an intriguing story and satisfying, mesmerizing fight scenes. Daou Pittaya Saechua definitely gave my favorite performance in this movie, portraying a slimy, ruthless crime lord. I definitely recommend it for action, thriller, and crime fans!

A very fun martial arts revenge movie that doesn’t take itself too seriously. The fluorescent lighting creates some striking cinematography, while the strong soundtrack elevates the film from a 3.5 to a 4.5. Several fight scenes are a excellently choreographed.

It has all the traditional elements, some with unusual twists. It delivers as an action flic. The pace is good with a slight slowdown midsection. The ending is solid and memorable. I would watch this again if I was looking for something to watch and came across it a couple/few years from now.
