river Don't know what people are so mad about. It was a decent film with a lot of attention to detail to make it seem like real found footage. At end I actually visited a made up website shown in the end. I like how it didn't show distorted humanoid as demons. Jumpscares are good and movie holds your attention till the very end. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/26/24 Full Review Daniel G Do you want to know how terrible this movie is? I'll give you a great example. I saw this when it came out in theatres in 2012. At the end of the movie, I yelled "I want my money back!" and everyone laughed. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 11/17/23 Full Review katana l the camera man is like a 2 year old one camera all over the place like a child in a candy store literally the camera ONE CAMERA sis not stay still for 3 seconds I couldn't watch anymore then 5 minutes it is as dumb as blair witch, one camera and stumbling camera man you don't actually ever see the bad thing its like a american chasing the saskwatch but never even gets a blurry pic for proof Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member One of the worst horror films ever made. I groaned when the movie started and I saw it was a fake documentary. But it's what my husband chose to put on. There were a few mildly interesting moments. I was annoyed by the misinformation of unbaptized babies going to hell. The Magisterium used to hold that such babies ended up in limbo (not hell), but this changed with the Second Vatican Council. The 1992 Catechism teaches that unbaptized babies are left to the mercy of God. The current understanding is that babies—whether baptized or not—-go to Heaven. And then we have the terrible, abrupt ending and the instruction to seek more information at the given website. So. Bad. It's just as bad as waking up and seeing it was all a dream. Advice: don't watch this drivel. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews
