Carlos I The 2010 documentary, The Earthing Movie (also known as Grounded), puts forward some interesting, if wholly pseudo-scientific, ideas about the supposed health benefits of connecting with the Earth's electrical energy. While the concept of "earthing" or "grounding" might pique your curiosity and be worth digging deeper into for its cultural significance, the documentary itself felt less like an objective investigation and more like a lengthy, hippie infomercial promoting a specific lifestyle and product.
