Emotional roller coaster that leaves you speechless. Kind of a departure for Breckin Meyer but he shows he has some serious drama chops with his role as "Casey." Emily Kinney ("Beth" from the Walking Dead) really does an amazing job as does her on-screen daughter, Giselle Eisenberg. Really hope to see more of all three of these actors because they are tremendous. Lots of other pretty memorable smaller parts, including Allen O'Reilley as the attorney.

Synopsis

With impeccable timing, a middle-aged man (Breckin Meyer) on the verge of ending his own life receives a substantial inheritance. His new found fortune coincides with a likable young woman (Emily Kinney) and her precocious young daughter (Giselle Eisenberg)entering his pleasure-free life. As his feelings for them grow, his plan to have the money go toward caring for his abusive, mentally-disturbed mother starts going by the wayside.
