Charles Hartford But Why Tho? A Geek Community The Fable delivers a mixed bag of themes and energy that ultimately never meshes. Its over-the-top slapstick humor undercuts the heaviest moments in the movie, making them feel cheap and mishandled. Rated: 5/10 Jan 23, 2023 Full Review Panos Kotzathanasis Asian Movie Pulse "The Fable" is occasionally silly, cheesy, imbalanced but damn me if it isn't one of the most entertaining movies of the year and one of the best manga adaptation I have seen during the latest years. Peter L The more I watch the series, the more I love it. The Anime is also definitely worth a watch. can't wait for more! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/24/24 Full Review Elson L If you have read and followed the manga, you will see their faithful take of this film. Though they took some liberties here and there to fit the 2 hr period. But overall, The action, story is all there. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Griz T. O It has one big action scene that has zero connection to the actual plot of the movie, which is melodramatic, poorly paced, and entirely too long. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 09/04/22 Full Review Audience Member Fable is an enjoyable movie to watch consisting of a unique plot and characters. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review aqsw d Absolutely AWESOME - very real - execution excellent - great story - acting, action FIRST RATE. Highly recommend. What I liked was no BS - great story line which leads to The Killer Who Doesn't Kill - totally entertaining - love the Spirit of this piece. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Moments of fun, followed by long bits of utter stupidity. Honestly it felt like it was written by a 12 year old. Overall, just bad.
