Alexander Ryll Gay Essential Not every trilogy can improve with each successive film. But The Falls: Covenant of Grace does just that. Sep 15, 2019 Full Review Read all reviews

Benoit J That is so a lovely movie ! The second was the best, but it was really good and loved the ending. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/24/24 Full Review Douglas H Some of this trilogy may feel slightly dated in 2023, but without a doubt this is quality film production. All of it. I recommend watching all three in order. Not to do so is missing out. As a trilogy, is this 5 stars? No, but it's a solid 4 reaching for 5, so I'll wing it here and give it 5 because this isn't an easy story to tell, but as a team, they did it. Should you watch this? Yes, absolutely without a doubt. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Accurate portrayal of LDS missionary life and the struggle for LGBTQI Mormons. Cannot imagine anyone not LDS or LGBTQI would find this interesting or relatable. Awkward moments of the film I felt like I was watching a college (BYU) production but overall it kept my interest. Some acting was uneven. Would not recommend this film unless it relates to one's life experience. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review jona i A satisfying conclusion to this trilogy. However, like the other installments, there is great artistic merit bogged down by overly talky scenes, overly understated acting, and too-patient pacing. In fact, so little happens in each individual installment, and had the fat dialogue, visuals, and pauses been trimmed to their necessary core, the trilogy could have fit into one tour-de-force film, which, I suppose, is my major problem with this trilogy. Granted, had this film been combined with the other two and released earlier, we wouldn't have had any discussion of the Nov. 2015 policy change. This trilogy is a story that needed to be told. So many insightful points are made. Yet, the way much of it is told will be off-putting and dull to most mainstream audiences. It is such a slow-burn! Watch them at 1.5x speed. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member In the last Falls movie we get to see RJ and Chris reunite. The chapter closes exactly in the way you would want it to. Ryan (played by Curtis Edward Jackson) hasn't acted much in movies but sure shows emotion in all his scenes. I watched this movie and teared up a few times. So much emotion was shown and explored here by the two lead characters... Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Read all reviews
