Charles Johnston Spectrum Culture The Fetus wallows in a genre known for light-hearted dreck and guilty pleasure viewing but is also so spiritedly well-made that it feels like finding a gemstone at the junkyard. Mar 13, 2025 Full Review Brian Eggert Deep Focus Review Though it has the potential to be a fun late-night watch, The Fetus feels inauthentic and unfocused—its strives for controversy and relevance but without a clear point of view. Rated: 1.5/4 Mar 3, 2025 Full Review Norman Gidney HorrorBuzz A zany, gory, homage to the glory days of practical effects-driven horror that is consistently entertaining if at times a bit muddled. Audience Member Really funny horror-comedy! I walked into it not sure what I was going to getting into and I really enjoyed it! Highly recommend if you’re into the genre. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/17/25 Full Review Big Rob d Amazing!! I love the original story and the awesome look. It’s incredibly ridiculous that this is not a nationwide release in the theater! I would have loved to see it in theaters. I can’t wait to own this movie so I can watch it anytime! Love it! Great combination of horror and comedy. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/17/25 Full Review Jewels H As a huge Lauren Lavern fan, I’m a bit biased, but I was still impressed by this film! They did a great job of balancing a fun horror film with a thought provoking undercurrent. Bill Mosley delivers great unexpected humor in some of his lines, Lauren did an amazing job of conveying emotion in her fear about the situation out of her control. It’s ultimately a fun horror film, but it did touch on some thought provoking topics around women and their choices and rights to those choices, overall I loved the movie. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/15/25 Full Review Angel D I absolutely adore this movie. I thought it was very thought out and it had a really good story to it that kept you guessing I give it five stars and I will totally recommend it. Give it a watch!it has an The amazing newest scream queen Lauren lavera in it and not to mention, Bill Moseley, an horror icon himself let’s just say next time you do the deed wear protection you just never know!
