The movie does not reinvent the wheel - nor does it have to. By sticking to a familiar premise, it provides fans the scares they are looking for. There are some missteps along the way, but it works as entertaining fulff.

Really low budget, fairly weak movie. The young cast were largely let down by poor direction and bad lines, but the three within the house itself had potential. I think if there had been some critical feedback on the scenes, some rewrites and reshooting of a few scenes the movie would have been passable and done the actors a little more justice. It's sad to see a lot of people criticising the acting... I don't think it's so much the cast, as the directing.

Definitely 100% fake positive reviews. I like a movie with gore and there were 2 short scenes of it at the end. Otherwise it was literally a bore fest. Super boring, no jump scares AT ALL. I wanted to add to the bad reviews so people can not waste their time. It's not a good movie and it's not even scary or creepy. Total waste of time!

This movie was pumped up by so many fake reviews praising the plot and "great acting." Couldn't be further from the truth. Majority of those positive reviews are 100% from the cast themselves or friends/family of the cast. The acting was so amateur, and pacing was extremely slow. Dialogue also seemed so disjointed and choppy, and the reaction clips were awkward. Deadstream was honestly a much better horror flick that involved live-streaming.
