See more 12/17/2016 The Human Resources Manager of Israel's largest industrial bakery has to travel to Romania when an employee of theirs is killed in a terrorist attack, creating a public relations nightmare when the company does not notice her absence for a week. He brings her body to her home town to bring it to her family and make amends. Facing a series of setbacks, he gradually snaps out of his own depression. A lightly comic human drama that's largely fine without ever elevating itself to anything special. Director Riklis who specializes in probing studies of contrasting cultures at odds mostly built around borders (LEMON TREE & THE SYRIAN BRIDE) here raises the bar by taking his central character on a reluctantly self-fulfilling mission to a foreign land.
