Martin K I have to say I was going into this movie expecting something totally different, and in the end what I got was an awesome story of growing up and forgiveness. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/09/24 Full Review First L The style is fresh and different, but many of the tropes have been repeated by more recent shows (The Boys, Umbrella Academy) so it ends up feeling like a retread despite coming first. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/15/24 Full Review Sandra W Marvel wishes their storytelling capabilities were this good. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/24 Full Review Chris T This had the potential to be a good movie, but it fell short. I don't think it was campy enough and it could have had been more of a comedy. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 12/17/23 Full Review Colin H I was honestly shocked I hadn't heard more about this movie. Absolutely fantastic. The cast, story, and cinematography melted my heart. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/05/23 Full Review Spencer M The movie felt like 80% exposition and 20% actual movie. The exposition felt so heavy in part because so much context was jammed in that wasn't directly relevant to the main plot of the movie. The quality of the movie seemed low budget and inexperienced (not the special effects, referring to the picture quality overall and shots for scenes). The genre seemed to switch between children's show, superhero movie, and drama. Cary Elwes was phenominal. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 12/03/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Richard Propes TheIndependentCritic.com The Hyperions isn't actually a perfect motion picture, however, that imperfection may very well make it a more effective motion picture. Rated: 3.5/4.0 Mar 19, 2022 Full Review Matthew Pejkovic Matt's Movie Reviews A surprisingly tender exploration of family and abandonment that embraces the quirky campiness of its 1970s kitsch setting. Rated: 3/5 Mar 14, 2022 Full Review Alan Ng Film Threat In the end, The Hyperions is good, not great…worse, with the potential to be great. Rated: 7.5/10 Mar 10, 2022 Full Review Read all reviews
