I LOVE this film. As a former touring musician, this hits home in so many ways. The story, the humor, the emotions, the ups and downs, the characters. It is so well done and the music is just beautiful. The song “Spark” from this film was actually my wedding song!

Much like any modern movie about music they make it seem like song writing or being a musician is all about ambition. The fact is, there's very little money and HUGE amounts of work to be a musician. Nobody can just sit down and harmonize / write songs like in this movie. That said, I enjoyed the story and it was neat to find out that they are actually a real band. I just hate the message that it's ok to abandon a life you've worked really hard for, spent lots of money preparing for, just to go play a show in California.

If you are up for a great story with foot tapping music, strong lyrics, guitar and keyboard play, refreshing genuine acting, plenty of laughs and a few tugs on your heartstrings, then this is for you! We loved it and will soon be watching it again!
