The long-estranged Karamazov siblings return home to become reacquainted with both their dying father and each other. But when the unkind and spiteful patriarch is found murdered, they must finally face the truth about their family's dark past... and each other. Karina Adelgaard Womentainment It all works surprisingly well, but I must admit, I feel you should probably know the original story from the novel to get everything out of this movie. Otherwise, I fear that too much won’t be fully understood. Rated: 3/5 Jul 17, 2025 Full Review Josh Bell Crooked Marquee Whenever the movie returns to these dysfunctional relatives in a room confronting their troubled past and fraught future, it's emotionally and existentially gripping. Rated: B Jun 3, 2025 Full Review Alan Ng Film Threat In The Karamazovs, Anna Brenner crafts a haunting family reckoning that’s less about solving a murder and more about surviving the memories that refuse to die. Let’s just say, this is one inheritance you’ll want to unpack with a therapist. Rated: 7.5/10 May 19, 2025 Full Review Read all reviews
