This is an excellent movie that shows how policing can work in a very different culture--Mexico. In the course of solving this case, 4 different people were accused and blithely tossed into jail, and that the serial killings kept coming after each "successful" arrest did not help the people falsely arrested as murders in the least. Amazing what they get away with in Mexico. No lawsuits there.
