The movie is a phenomenal production and a breath of fresh air from Pakistani cinema. Absolutely worth the wait. I recommend everything to going it a shot, even if you don't fully have a grasp of Punjabi. The subtitles did not disappoint!

Acting, photography, directions, sound everything looks great. Except the make-up looked quite fake. Also, story is too violent and does not truly reflect the Punjab culture of past as it is a land of Sufis like Baba Fareed (RA), Guru Nanak (RA) and many other Sufi saints. They have tried to westernize it like old West. The original Maula Jutt had a better message between good and evil. Here everyone looks evil. But overall, the production quality, directions and acting is good.
