An ignorant girl who's been raised as a boy and her even more uneducated brother have been kept in isolation by their father. Hidden Gem! An example of elevated horror, the dread one feels stems from the perverse nature of the children's upbringing and the even darker secret their father hides. The viewer cannot aid the youths on their journey but only observe while they are made victim of their history. Highly recommended

dommage que la petite fille qui aimait trop les allumettes soit beaucoup moins intéressant qu'il aurait pu l'être, car malgré de bonnes idées, le film est très souvent gâché par un jeu d'acteur plat et jamais convaincant et une réalisation qui ne plaira pas à tout le monde.
