Daniel Q That looks better oh my gosh Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/14/23 Full Review Jake H 1. Critics reviews are not credible on this one. 2. Absolutely nothing looks like it is underwater. Nothing. 3. The new songs are horrendous/ laughable. 4. None the actors are into it. Everything seems flat and forced. 6. Pinocchio was better by a long shot. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 05/25/23 Full Review Ethan T It completely lacks the original charm and magic. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 05/23/23 Full Review Andrewgtv05 Would rather watch this then the Disney Live Action Remake Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 05/23/23 Full Review David M It was ok, good plot Rated 3 out of 5 stars 05/22/23 Full Review Reginald M This movie fulfilled my heart when it comes to representation and diversity. I never seen someone who look like me in the animated film, but now I can finally see people who look actually like me. I enjoyed the cinematography, the music, the characters, but most of all, the battle scene. It's just what I wanted from the animated film: dark, brutal, intense, and heart racing. Rob Marshall had done an excellent job casting actors and actress to play their character, especially when it comes to Ariel. Halle Bailey is made to be Ariel. The way she capture Ariel's characteristics, charisma, expressions, but most of all, the voice made me cry for the first time. I never cry in any live action Disney movie but this one. Highly recommend this to be seen more than once. This movie shows you that everyone can be mermaids or merman no matter what your race, sexuality, religion, and gender is.
