Travis Hopson Punch Drunk Critics The Miz may have finally hit his stride in this role right at the moment when it's time for the franchise to go in a different direction. Rated: 3/5 Nov 19, 2018 Full Review Read all reviews

Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 10/06/22 Full Review victor o I got to admit that after six movies and two other actors, The Miz has done more than an adequate job of making WWE's Marine franchise into something that is consistently watchable. Sadly, it has come to an end. Former WWE Champion Mike "The Miz" Mizanin returns for one last outing as former US Marine Jake Carter when he and a fellow marine Luke Trapper, played by another former WWE Champion Shawn Michaels, get themselves involved in what was originally helping a fellow veteran end up in the crosshairs of criminal conspiracy involving mobsters in an abandoned factory. A young girl has been taken hostage by an Irish mob outfit, the girl being the daughter of a juror overseeing the trial of the outfit's leader. Jake and Luke's meeting with a vet at an abandoned factory gets them to the hiding place to the outfit's victim and of course the rest of the gang. It then becomes a race to save the girl and stop the mobsters. Predictable but enjoyable nevertheless, except for that bit at the very end. I got to say it was great seeing Women's Champion Becky Lynch play one of the villains of the story and even cooler seeing Shawn Michaels work as The Miz's costar. If Shawn does take over, he would be a great replacement. It certainly was a great ride with The Miz, truly better than Cena or DiBiase, he will be missed. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Another day another Marine and the marine 6 has more in common with five and the other two previous films. The shootouts in fights are more contained in smaller areas. It’s nice to see someone different in the film Shawn Michaels as a little bit of charm. Unfortunately though the sets aren’t all that interesting mainly the movie takes place in an old abandoned warehouse and tunnels. The acting isn’t that great in the dialogue is still cheesy. Hopefully this will be the last marine film as the series is pretty much run its course. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 07/11/20 Full Review Audience Member Not the most intriguing plot and acting. Nice to see the guys from wrestling Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews
