The directors utilize the expressive power of black and white, placing the camera close up, in extreme close-up, to reveal what transpires in [the players'] eyes as they recall that encounter, where history and sport converged. Red in D @redindenver Jul 19 Movies that are based on actual events are always more compelling, and that is the case here. This is a 2026 movie, and, sad to say, I am the first 'audience' member to post a review. It doesn't yet have enough critic reviews to provide a score. I do hope that changes and more critics and audience members watch and review it. The story here was very disturbing; however it is one that kept you glued to the screen on the edge of your seat. The acting was quite good, the movie was well made. I would recommend it to anyone interested in historical events, soccer or the triumph of the human spirit. See more Read all reviews
