Audience Member Hilarious, although I donâ(TM)t think that was the intention of the author/director/editor (why is that so often a bad sign?). Uneven to terrible acting and ridiculous plot points are the basic building blocks of this film. Itâ(TM)s confused and muddled, moving between too obvious motivations (dad beat me so I have to go get beaten by two dominatrix types) and amateur hour filmmaking (the dominatrixâ(TM)s place is decorated with three little sex toys pinned to the wall next to a picture of a flower). It claims to have a twist in the end, although itâ(TM)s not at all clear what it is. But⦠itâ(TM)s soooooo Garden State! Everybody looks and sounds sooooo Jersey. I expect the director/author/editor cast all his friends, neighbors, bartenders, in the movie and itâ(TM)s just wonderfully funny to watch. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Audience Member Interesting serial killer movie who likes to chef his victims and then have sex with his 'mother'. The Meat Puppet had some potential, and some interesting characters, but in the end it was boring, long winded, and not very fun. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Read all reviews
