Sue AMC Burlington was unable to show the Opera. We were given 2 tickets to use for the next schedule of its playing which they said would be the following week. It was never rescheduled.. when I tried to use them for another opera it wouldnt let me. Very dissatisfied. Management at the La Jolla theater apologized, but I think they should have acknowledged the problem before the broadcast began. It seems to me that the Met had plenty of time and expert technicians to fix this problem. If it was live-streamed why was it "received in the morning with the problem" which is what the manager told me? Only the excellence of the performance raised my score.
