Catherine It was fantastic - the best Madama Butterfly Ive seen. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/12/24 Full Review Regina A truly stunning performance! I have attended many operas live, but have been surprised to find that I actually prefer the Met Opera HD performances. What might be sacrificed in the richness of the sound of a live performance is more than compensated for by the intimacy of the close-in camera work. So grateful that I have access to these amazing performances! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/12/24 Full Review John excellent streaming of video and audio! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/12/24 Full Review Julie Much longer than expected. Thought theyd shorten the intermission Rated 4 out of 5 stars 05/12/24 Full Review Jayne Getting to watch Madame Butterfly performed at the Met may be my only opportunity to experience one of their operatic productions. I thought it was a wonderful performance and the view is great on the big screen rather than a far away balcony. I would do it again. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/12/24 Full Review Janet Loved it, the whole experience, getting backstage, seeing the artists up close, the music, amazing!
