Those who are into mindfulness will no doubt find this film an informative prep kit of uplifting anecdotes and inspirational interviews. Still, it plays like an extended commercial. It could have done with more rigourous inquiry and a dose of skepticism.

This groundbreaking movie is inspiring and motivating because of all the spokespeople interviewed. It also explores the many benefits of mindful meditation. From a mindful meditation teacher's perspective this movie is a must have to show students and sangha members. Thank you for this beautiful reportage.
