Exposure to a cobalt blast leaves an escaped convict with skin of steel which, in turn, allows him to wreak havoc and mild mayhem. Unless you're a hard-core Tony Caruso fan (and on Flixster there is exactly "1"), I recommend waiting for the MST3000 version.
