Audience Member Dated picture about an expedition from Anatarctica yields a new plant that roams around and devours those at an island US naval base. Conclusion ties up all loose ends in a very tidy manner. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Not terrible enough to be hilarious, but has its moments. Many more fail while intending to be humorous, and Van Doren is not featured as well as advertised. There are some decent bits of pseudoscientific mumbo-jumbo and tree `splosions - but you're better off watching Treevenge or From Hell It Came. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Trees wiggle around & kill people. You betcha! Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Decent eco-horror-flic of 1966 Scientific expedition in antarctica brings back plants found under the south pole to remote naval base island. Plants wake up and attack soldiers, scientists, women, a dog, birds and the power generator. Some penguins die a horrible death too. Cheesy and feels older than 1966, but still good eco-horror fun Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member one of the worst B-movies ever made Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Dated picture about an expedition from Anatarctica yields a new plant that roams around and devours those at an island US naval base.
