Denny S @pinetree51 Jun 22 The Three Stooges' last feature film. They were older and kept the slaps and head konks to a minimum. They were surrounded in the film by local kiddie show hosts who featured The Stooges on their local channels (Ed "Major Mudd" McDonald from Boston, Sally Starr from Philadelphia, etc) guaranteeing lots of publicity in those cities when the film was released. Interesting moment in the movie: Larry goes to do the eye poke on Moe, and Moe stops him saying "hold it....we don't do that one anymore", most likely in response to parental complaints. Adam West is also featured, just before he is cast as Batman for the TV series. See more 03/31/2012 lame not one of their best See more 03/04/2011 As great as it is to know that Moe and Larry tried to keep the team together (now with Joe Derita) through more than 40 years, it get's pretty creaky by the time we get to "The Outlaws is Coming". Most of their schtick at this point is simply reacting to the other actors around them, as the days of Moe pounding the living crap out of teh others had come and gone. It's funny to see Adam West in a pre-Batman role, though. This is also the last completed film that The Three Stooges ever made, seeing as Larry had a massive stroke four years later.
