Audience Member You can't watch this documentary without feeling that these women have been pushed to the brink of survival. They did what they had to do to end the cycle. Most of them, probably, would have ended as a victim. They would have ended as a statistic, just another number on a chart or a map. Abuse of any kind needs to be brought, center stage, and exposed! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member A Documentary about women in prison for killing their abusive husbands. Also about trying to get them out of jail. It brings up some good points. If you were attacked on the streets and protected yourself and ended up killing your attacker would you get life in prison? Probably not! So, Why are these woman? When it's even worse they are getting attacked over and over again. Physically, Mentally and Emotionally. Not saying it's ever right too take a life. I just think it's not so black and white. I am happy for the woman that finally got out and I hope they can heal and are living a good life. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Read all reviews
