The timeline of this movie is absolutely incredible. The switch of focus from one protagonist to another is not something I thought was possible prior to watching it. This actors and plot are very convincing, resulting in many moments feeling sad about what happened or could’ve happened. Its not for everyone, no rainbows or sunshine, but its definitely worth a watch for any type of audience that’s looking for something different.

This film has stuck with me since I first saw it 10 years ago. I rewatch it every few years. Despite an outstanding cast, it's not a title many people know. It's an exploration of father-son trauma, beautifully directed, acted and shot. There is something about the sad, yet hopeful tone and tempo that draws you in. I love this film.
