Audience Member I saw this movie on late night TV and was totally charmed by it. I was completely surprised by the plot twist in the second act and was on my edge of the seat for the rest of the movie to see how it turned out. Would love to see it again. I believe that this is one of Mia Farrow's earliest movies. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member the drama didn't seem as intense as in the play. love the music. Dick Lochte Los Angeles Free Press Talk is not only cheap but ripe with pseudo-philosophy and achingly arch bon mots. Jan 7, 2020 Full Review Tony Mastroianni Cleveland Press Shaffer has adapted his own play for the screen. His dialog doesn't work as well but there are long, long silent stretches involving Topol and Miss Farrow that do work. Jan 22, 2019 Full Review Dennis Schwartz Dennis Schwartz Movie Reviews A miscast Topol is tough enough to watch as a leading man but when he also tries for Peter Sellers comedy he becomes unbearable.
