Kate Sánchez But Why Tho? A Geek Community The Rats: A Witcher’s Tale is a testament to why we need longer seasons, which prestige television series and streamers have generally abandoned. Rated: 7/10 Nov 2, 2025 Full Review Read all reviews

Montgomery S Super cringe... has everything wrong with modern Hollywood... the writers and director should be named, shamed, and a register opened so people can be warned when they do another "project"... the only good thing about this is that it helps tank a series that has moved so far from source material that it shouldn't even be allowed to use the name Rated 1 out of 5 stars 11/04/25 Full Review Indriði V I thought Dolph Lundgren died 20 years ago... Nice to see him though. Good old Dolph.. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 11/04/25 Full Review Hela N A light and pleasant film, the story is quite simple but evokes a lot of warm feelings. The rats storyline in the series was irritating because it distracted us from Geralt's storyline, which was much more interesting. Movie rats are likable. In the series we jump from one thread to another every 2 minutes, which is tiring, in the movie the story flows. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 11/04/25 Full Review Leszek Z This is just cool story and funny adventure witchout deep dark so serious theme. Just greate funny little story. This is better way for Witcher UNICEF than anything was made before Need more attention Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/03/25 Full Review Cavanşir G Loved seeing Dolph Lundgren as a boozy-to-badass Witcher Brehen—perfect casting, adds old-school muscle to the young thief crew led by haunted ex-royal Mistle. The heist setup in Witcher world is breezy fun, with monster fights and banter, but the story’s super familiar (every heist movie ever) and Ciri’s quick Falka cameo feels like a dropped thread, leaving holes. Enjoyable 82-minute spin-off for fans, no more. 6/10—pleasant, forgettable, but Lundgren makes it worth a watch. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 11/03/25 Full Review SSS Y Why do they even give these weak characters their own backstory? If they actually invest these time and money back into the main characters and main story maybe there would have been some improvement. It was a total waste of resources.
