Kyle Smith National Review The Rise of Jordan Peterson is a fair and even-tempered overview of how Peterson became perhaps the most popular professor in North America and the accidental leader of a movement. Jul 23, 2020 Full Review Matthew Pejkovic Matt's Movie Reviews Gives voice to those who know, love, and loathe the Canadian psychologist, along with Peterson himself who proves to be a fascinating subject. Rated: 3.5/5 Oct 17, 2019 Full Review Christian Toto HollywoodInToto.com Even critics of the Canadian professor may soften their stance after watching this nuanced look at his unexpected fame. Rated: 3/4 Oct 10, 2019 Full Review Jim Schembri 3AW The who, what, why and how behind the phenomenal rise of Canadian clinical psychologist/author/professor Jordan Peterson gets a very thorough, if workman-like detailing in a feature-length look at his life, philosophies and motivations. S R A documentary that tries to balance the bias by including both sides, ultimately it does leave Petersen in a better light. I saw it to learn more about who Jordan was and where he came from and it did show me that. However, I don't feel that it transcends to something bigger than its limited view. It was on Amazon. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 05/11/23 Full Review Jess H A great documentary about a climate change denying, anti-science professor who professes to be scientific and data driven. Terrible person, but film is well done. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 03/01/23 Full Review A A interesting insight into one of the current brightest minds Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 09/03/22 Full Review monica j JP is an interesting figure that captures the essence of the moderate (in political language). To explain otherwise, he transcends the right and left and falls somewhere on the (imo) truth side, just like all the prophets have - and they were all "crucified," just as JP has been in some ways. Speaking the truth is a tough gig... Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review C. M Peterson is brilliant. We're all lucky to have him. Pure genius Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/26/22 Full Review Audience Member Everybody who follows JBP already knows all that stuff. I think the movie should be good for people who are not familiar. It definitely has its place... but I'm ashamed to admit that I found the movie a little boooooooring. JBP is awesome though. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Read all reviews
