Mylah N This movie is unbearable. The acting is no good and the effects look like their from shark boy and lava girl. I can't follow the story either. Didn't even finish the movie it was so bad. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/25/24 Full Review Kevin T If AI wrote and produced a fantasy, this would be it. Such juxtaposing elements and creepy AI characters. I literally felt nauseated. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/09/24 Full Review Rasheedah T Loved the Movie. Makes one think. There's many/mini worlds. ❤️😊 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/09/24 Full Review Steven T I've seen some good children's films in my time but this wasn't one of them. After a slow start I was hoping it would pick up when the children entered the fantasy world but I was disappointed. Both the acting and dialogue were dire, and it got to the stage where I couldn't bear watching anymore, and walked out 15 minutes before the end. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 08/15/23 Full Review Ghost B The Secret Kingdom" is a heartwarming and enchanting film that takes viewers on an extraordinary journey alongside two young siblings, anxious Peter and his spirited sister Verity. Directed by a masterful storyteller, this movie offers a unique blend of fantasy, adventure, and profound themes that will captivate both children and adults alike. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/29/23 Full Review Philip W What a refreshing and pleseant suprise, a fun, visually stunning film that still manages to touch on some deeper than expected themes; only downside is my kids now wont stop pestering me for a pet Pangolin!... Kevin Maher Times (UK) The only timepiece you’ll be staring at through this endurance test is the one on your wrist. Rated: 1/5 Jul 24, 2023 Full Review Wendy Ide Observer (UK) The performances – child, adult and pangolin alike – are painfully poor. And the stop-start pacing of the picture is a slog. Rated: 2/5 Jul 23, 2023 Full Review Cath Clarke Guardian Like its title, this film is mostly bland and semi-forgettable – with scenes more than a little familiar from the fantasy back catalogue, adding no real flavour of its own. Rated: 2/5 Jul 17, 2023 Full Review Gregory Wakeman The National (UAE) Relatively enjoyable, albeit instantly forgettable. Rated: 3/5 Aug 10, 2023 Full Review Amber Wilkinson Eye for Film Although there is some mild peril here, this is a film that is built on thinking outside the box, the importance of friendship and drawing on your inner strength, even when you think that’s tough. Rated: 3/5 Jul 26, 2023 Full Review David Griffiths Subculture Entertainment Brilliant fantasy for the whole family that proves once again why Matt Drummond is one of Australia's most promising filmmakers.
